- Linguine pasta - 8 ounces
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2 - sliced
- Jerk sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red onion - 1 - sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1 - sliced
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Chicken broth - 1/4 cup
- Lime - 1 - zested and juiced
- Garlic - 1 clove - minced
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup - chopped
- Radish - 1 - sliced
- Salt - - to taste
- Pepper - - to taste
Preparation

Step 1 - ππ§πCook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2 - ππͺπ³Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
