- Mushrooms — 2 cups — cleaned and chopped
- Milk — 1 1/2 cups
- All-purpose flour — 1 1/2 cups
- Eggs — 3
- Grated parmesan cheese — 1/4 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese — 1 cup
- Unsalted butter — 3 tablespoons — melted
- Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
- Salt — 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper — 1/4 teaspoon
