Preparation

  1. Step 1 - 🥩🥣⏲
    Mix the beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Let it sit for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Step 2 - 🥒🍯🥣
    Combine cucumbers, rice vinegar, and honey in a bowl. Stir occasionally and set it aside.
  3. Step 3 - 🍳🥩🔥
    Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add the marinated beef. Cook it until browned and caramelized. Keep the juices in the pan for added flavor.
