Ingredients (for 4)
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast - 4 - pounded thin
- Mixed summer vegetables - 2 cups - sliced thin (zucchini, squash, bell peppers, eggplant)
- Gochujang paste - 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves - minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp - grated
- Scallions - 1/4 cup - chopped, for garnish
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Oil - enough to grease grill
