- Boneless, skinless chicken breast — 4 — pounded thin
- Mixed summer vegetables — 2 cups — sliced thin (zucchini, squash, bell peppers, eggplant)
- Gochujang paste — 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce — 2 tbsp
- Honey — 1 tbsp
- Garlic — 2 cloves — minced
- Sesame oil — 1 tbsp
- Ginger — 1 tsp — grated
- Scallions — 1/4 cup — chopped, for garnish
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — to taste
- Oil — enough to grease grill
