- Lamb chops - 1 lb
- Fresh rhubarb - 2 cups - chopped
- Honey - 1/2 cup
- Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Arborio rice - 1 cup
- Pancetta - 1/4 cup - diced
- Fresh peas - 2 cups - shelled
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup - grated

Preparation
