Additional
Pastrami Fried Rice is an original recipe that reflects the cultural mesh that New York City is famous for. Feel free to add chili oil or sriracha for additional heat. To make it more Korean-inspired, top the dish with a fried egg and crispy seaweed strips. Kids can help whisk the egg, chop the scallions and kimchi, or measure out ingredients for the marinade.
