  • Red chili1-2seeded and minced
  • Lime juice1/4 cup
  • Honey1 tsp
  • Fish sauce1 tbsp
  • Fresh mint leaves1/4 cupchopped
  • Fresh cilantro leaves1/4 cupchopped
  • Saltto taste
  • Pepperto taste
  • Cooking oil2 tbsp

Preparation

    Preheat a large skillet over high heat.

    Add oil to the skillet, then add the squid and shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the seafood is pink and opaque.
