Thai-inspired Seafood Salad

This recipe for Thai-inspired seafood is the perfect dish for a summery day. It features tender squid and juicy shrimp, flavored with tangy lime juice, sweet lemongrass and spicy red chili. - Cleaned squid - 6 oz - cut into rings
- Deveined shrimp - 6 oz - peeled
- Small red onion - 1/2 - thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1/4 - thinly sliced
- Green onion - 2 - chopped
- Lemongrass - 1 tbsp - minced
- Red chili - 1-2 - seeded and minced
- Lime juice - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
- Fresh mint leaves - 1/4 cup - chopped
- Fresh cilantro leaves - 1/4 cup - chopped
- Salt - - to taste
- Pepper - - to taste
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Step 1 - 🔥🍳💨Preheat a large skillet over high heat.

Step 2 - 🍤🦑🍳Add oil to the skillet, then add the squid and shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the seafood is pink and opaque.

Step 4 - 🥣🍴🌶️In a bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, fish sauce, lemongrass, chili, salt and pepper.
