Low-Carb Korean BBQ Beef Bibimbap with Cauliflower Rice

- Low sodium soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Asian pear - 1 tablespoon - grated

- Cauliflower - 400g - riced
- Button mushrooms - 1 cup - sliced
- Spinach - 2 cups
- Carrots - 1 cup - julienned

- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
